Yes. No call-out fee, no obligation and no “today-only” price. You get photos and a written price by email, usually the same day.
How quickly can you come out for a leak?
Ring before 2pm and most LS postcodes get a visit the same day, always within 24 hours. If we can’t make a permanent repair straight away, we make it watertight until we can.
Will I need scaffolding?
Most repairs are done from ladders and roof ladders. Chimney work on taller houses and full re-roofs need scaffold. It’s itemised on your quote, and we sort the council licence if it goes on the pavement.
Will my home insurance pay for it?
Sudden storm damage is often covered; wear and tear usually isn’t. Either way, we’ll give you a dated report with photos to send to your insurer.
Can you match the slates on an old Leeds terrace?
Almost always. We keep reclaimed Welsh slate in the yard in the common Victorian sizes, so a patch repair doesn’t stick out from the street.
Do you work in conservation areas?
All the time. Headingley, Chapel Allerton and Roundhay are full of them. We use like-for-like materials and can help with the paperwork if the council needs to see it.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Not for repairs. For re-roofs and flat roofs we take a materials deposit of up to 25%, and the rest when you’re happy with the finished job. Bank transfer or card.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
