Tell us your business name and town. We design your new homepage and send you a link to open on your phone.

Step 2: When you're ready
Say yes and sign online
Like it? Sign the order form online and pay the first instalment: 50% of the build price (40% for Local Plus). Not for you? Just say no, and we delete the preview within 30 days.

Step 3: 5, 10 or 20 working days
We write and build your site
Fill in a 15-minute questionnaire and send your photos. We write the words, build every page and send it to you to check. You ask for changes in your revision rounds.

Step 4: Launch day, then every month
Go live, then we look after it
Pay the final instalment and your site goes live on your own domain. Your care plan starts that day. Need a change? Send it by WhatsApp or email and we make it.

Your domain is in your name. Once the build is paid, the site is yours.

Take your time to decide: your preview stays on its private link for up to 30 days. The build time starts when we have your content and first payment.

What we need from you
Not much, and we tell you exactly what to send. We write all the words.
A 15-minute questionnaire
Your services, prices, the areas you cover and what makes you different. You answer in writing, by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, whenever suits you.
Your logo, if you have one
Any file you have is fine. No logo? A simple logo (1 concept, 1 round of changes) is included free with every build; extra rounds are £49 each.
5 to 15 photos
Your work, your team and your premises. Photos from your phone are fine, and we tell you what to take.
Access to your Google Business Profile
Add us as a manager so we can check and tidy your listing. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time.

A handover pack with everything that's yours. Keep it safe: you'll never need to ask us for it.

Your domain, in your name
Registered to you from day one. We're only the technical contact, and we renew it while your plan is active.
A licence list
Every font, image and tool on your site, with its licence, so you know what you can use and where.
A full backup
A complete copy of your site's files at launch (on the monthly route, once the site is yours). After that, daily backups are kept for 30 days.
A fast homepage
It scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile, performance) at launch, or we keep working at no cost until it does.
Revision rounds
Changes before launch, explained
A revision round is one list of changes. You send them all together, we make them all, then you check the site again.

A round can include
- Text, prices and opening hours
- Swapping or adding photos
- Colours, fonts and the order of sections

Not a revision (we quote it first)

- New features, such as online booking
- Starting the design again from scratch
After launch, changes come out of your care plan's monthly minutes: 30, 60 or 180 minutes, depending on your plan.
If you're busy
Busy? Your launch date moves day for day.
Your business comes first. If we're waiting for your photos or answers, launch moves by the same number of working days. Short delays cost nothing extra. If we hear nothing for 30 days, we may invoice the work done so far. After 60 days we may close the project, and restarting it costs a fee (Terms, clause 5).
If the delay is on our side, your first month of care is free.
