Websites for salons & barbers
Websites for salons and barbers that get chairs booked.
Clients find you on Google Maps, then tap “Website”. We build the page that makes them book with you, not the salon next door.
- From £590 to build + £39/month care (3-month minimum). No VAT added.
- We reply within 1 working day, usually the same day.

Where people give up
Where salon websites lose bookings
New clients want to see your work, your prices and an open slot. Miss one, and they book somewhere else.
The problem
Clients have to message you to ask what things cost.
The fix
A clear service menu with prices, how long each service takes and what's included. Colour shown as a guide price, agreed at the consultation.
The problem
Your only home online is a booking-app profile, next to other salons.
The fix
Your own site, with your booking app built in. Clients see your work, team and prices first, then book in the app you already use.
The problem
No-shows and late cancellations cost you chair time.
The fix
Your cancellation and deposit rules in plain words, shown before anyone books. Clear rules up front make the conversation at the desk easier.
The problem
New clients can't tell which stylist or barber to book.
The fix
A short profile for each person: photo, what they love doing, examples of their work and a “Book with…” button.
The problem
Gift vouchers are only sold at the desk.
The fix
A gift voucher page for birthdays and Christmas, linked to your booking app's vouchers or a simple order form.

Anatomy of a salon page that gets bookings
Estudio Cirera is our concept site for a fictional hair and beauty salon in Valencia, in Spanish and English. Here's what each part of the page does.
Top to bottom, in the order a customer sees it on a phone.
A finished look, with its price
The hero photo is captioned with the service, the stylist, the time in the chair and the price. It answers “what would that cost me?” straight away.
Promises before prices
Four promises sit under the hero: an agreed price, an allergy test before a first colour, a window for tweaks and vegan options.
A service menu with times
Cuts, colour, treatments, bridal and nails, each service with its price and how long it takes, and its own “Book” link.
A colour chooser
Visitors pick their hair today and the shade they want, then see the service, time, price and upkeep. A vague question becomes a booking.
Stylist cards
Each team member lists what they're best at, with a “Book with…” button, so clients choose the right person.
Booking that becomes a message
Service, stylist, day and time, then the site writes a WhatsApp message to confirm. The cancellation rule is shown before it's sent.
Gift vouchers
Pick an amount or a package, add a message, and choose an emailed PDF or a paper voucher to collect.
What's built in
Built around the booking
A price list clients can read
Every service with its price and time in the chair. Colour and long-hair prices shown as guides, so nobody is surprised at the till.
Works with your booking app
“Book” buttons on every service and stylist, linked to the booking app you already use. Your diary stays in one place.
A profile for each stylist
Photo, specialities, examples of their work and a “Book with…” button. Clients choose the right person before they arrive.
Your work, shown fast
Before-and-after photos and a gallery that load quickly on phones. We link your social profiles instead of embedding feeds that slow the page down.
Gift vouchers online
A voucher page linked to your booking app's vouchers or a simple order form, so people can buy one late at night before a birthday.
Found on Google and AI assistants
We add the hidden labels Google reads, marking you as a “Hair salon” or “Beauty salon”. Every detail matches your Google profile.
Credentials
What new clients look for
New clients want to know they're in skilled, safe hands. We put these details where people look before they book.
You supply and prove every credential. We never add a badge or number you don't hold.
- Qualifications for each stylist or barber, such as NVQ or VRQ levels
- Hair and Barber Council state registration, if you hold it
- Patch tests before colour, and how to book one
- The insurance you hold, such as public and treatment liability
- Any local council licence or registration your treatments need, such as for ear piercing
- Your cancellation and deposit policy, in plain words
Where your work comes from
Your website vs booking apps and social media
You probably need your booking app. You don't need it to be your only home online.
| Channel | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Your own website | Your prices, team, photos and booking button, in one place you own. It's what opens when someone taps “Website” on Google. | Prices and team changes need updating. Send them to us: they're small edits on your care plan. |
| Booking apps | Online booking at any hour, with reminders, deposits and cancellation rules, depending on your plan. | In an app's marketplace you appear next to other salons. Some plans charge a fee for new clients found there, and treat bookings through your own link differently. Check yours. |
| Google Business Profile | Reviews, photos, hours and directions, right where people search for a salon nearby. | Little room for your price list or your team. Link it to your site and keep the details matching. |
| Social media | Great for showing your work and getting noticed. | Not everyone has an account, posts get buried, and you don't control who sees them. Put your booking link on your site and link to it from your bio. |
| WhatsApp and phone | Personal, and many regulars prefer it. | Messages pile up while you're with clients. A clear online booking link takes the simple bookings off your phone. |

What a salon website costs
Most salons and barbers need pages for services and prices, the team, a gallery and booking. That's our Local Pro build at £1,290, with Growth care at £79 a month for hosting, your domain, price and team updates, and a monthly report. The first year comes to £2,238. The Estudio Cirera concept is a Local Plus build, which includes two languages. On Local Pro, a second language is an add-on.
