Websites for dentists
Websites for dentists that turn searches into bookings.
Patients find you on Google Maps, then tap “Website”. We build the page that gets them booking with you, not the practice next door.
- From £590 to build + £39/month care (3-month minimum). No VAT added.
- We reply within 1 working day, usually the same day.

Where people give up
Where dental websites lose new patients
Most practice websites aren't bad. They just leave out what a new patient needs to decide. Here are the common gaps, and how we fix each one.
The problem
New patients can't find your fees, so they ring a practice that shows them.
The fix
A plain fees page: NHS and private prices side by side if you offer both, “from” prices for bigger treatments, and what each price includes.
The problem
Nervous patients read the page, feel no calmer and close it.
The fix
A page that walks through the first visit step by step. It says what you offer anxious patients, like longer slots, a stop signal or sedation.
The problem
Booking means phoning during surgery hours.
The fix
A booking link or short request form that works on a phone at 10 p.m. Calling stays one tap away on every screen.
The problem
Someone in pain can't tell if you'll see them today.
The fix
An emergency panel near the top: how to get a same-day appointment, the fee, and what to do out of hours.
The problem
Treatment pages promise results nobody can prove, and that breaks advertising rules.
The fix
Factual treatment pages: what it is, who it suits, how long it takes, the price and the risks. No “pain-free” or “perfect smile” claims.

Anatomy of a dental page that gets bookings
Hornbeam Street Dental is our concept site for a fictional family practice. Here's what each part of the page is for.
Top to bottom, in the order a customer sees it on a phone.
The next opening, first
The first screen shows when the next new-patient appointment is and who it's with. “Can I get in soon?” is answered before anyone scrolls.
One all-in first-visit price
The first visit has a single price and a list of what's included. Then the page walks through that hour, step by step, so nothing comes as a surprise.
An emergency panel
Toothache, a broken tooth or swelling get their own block, with the same-day rule, the fee and a call button. Someone in pain doesn't have to hunt.
A full price list
Common treatments are grouped, each with a price or “from” price. A written-quote promise sits underneath, so patients know the number won't change.
A comfort menu
Nervous patients tick what helps, like headphones or “talk me through it”, and their choices carry into the booking form. “We're gentle” becomes something they can see.
The people you'll see
Each dentist and hygienist has a photo, their qualification, the languages they speak and a line on how they work. On a real site, these are your own team photos.
Booking in five short steps
Reason, day, time, details, confirm. Patients pick a real time instead of waiting for a call back, and the phone number is there at every step.
What's built in
Built for how patients choose a dentist
A fees page people can read
NHS and private prices side by side if you offer both, “from” prices for bigger treatments, and what each price includes. In plain English.
Booking that fits your system
A link to the online booking tool you already use, or a short request form if you'd rather confirm by phone. Call buttons stay on every screen.
A page for nervous patients
What happens at each visit, what you offer anxious patients, and a way to ask for extra time. Reassurance they can read before they book.
Pages for your main treatments
Check-ups, hygiene, implants, aligners or emergencies get their own pages. It helps patients decide, and helps Google show the right page for each search.
Access, spelled out
Step-free entry, parking and quieter appointment times, listed clearly. Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, so the site works with screen readers and large text.
Found on Google and AI assistants
We add the hidden labels Google reads, marking you as a “Dentist”. Your details match your Google Business Profile, and pages load fast on phones.
Credentials
The proof patients look for
Patients check who will treat them before they book. We give each detail a clear place on the page, linked to the official record where there is one.
You supply and prove every credential. We never add a badge or number you don't hold.
- General Dental Council (GDC) numbers for every dentist, hygienist and therapist, linked to the public register
- Each dentist's qualifications and the country where they first qualified
- “Specialist” used only for dentists on a GDC specialist list
- Your Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and latest report in England, or your regulator elsewhere in the UK
- Whether you offer NHS care, private care or both, plus any dental plan
- Your complaints process, and who patients can contact if they're unhappy with the answer
Where your work comes from
Your website vs other places patients find you
You'll use more than one. Here's what each is good at, and what to watch.
| Channel | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Your own website | Your fees, team and booking link, in your words. You own it, and it's what opens when someone taps “Website” on Google. | Fees, hours and team changes need keeping up to date. Send them to us: they're small edits on your care plan. |
| Google Business Profile | Where many new patients see you first: reviews, hours, directions and a call button. | There's no room to explain fees or treatments properly. It needs a good website to send people to. |
| Dental booking and directory apps | Patients can book at any hour, and some find you through the app's own listings. | Your profile sits next to other practices. Check the fees per booking and who holds the patient's details. |
| The NHS “Find a dentist” service | Patients looking for NHS care check it first, including whether you're taking new patients. | It only covers NHS services and leaves little room to stand out. Keep your status current and point to your site for private care. |
| Social media | Good for showing the team and the practice, and for keeping in touch with patients. | Posts get buried fast, and before-and-after photos must follow advertising rules. Link back to your site for fees and booking. |
