We work in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, in writing: email, WhatsApp or Telegram. We don't take or make phone calls. Every message is read by a person.
Registrations and insurance
- VAT: Not VAT-registered
- EU representative (GDPR Article 27): none appointed yet. We assess this as we take on clients in the EU and will name a representative here when Article 27 requires one.
- Professional regulation: web design isn't a regulated profession in the UK, so no professional body oversees our work.
Who we work with
We build websites for businesses and for people's work: companies, sole traders, freelancers and the self-employed. You don't need a registered company. We don't sell to consumers: when you order, you confirm that the website is for your business, trade or profession.
All our prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Before you sign anything, you can read our Terms of Business, the contract in plain English and the full terms of our promises.
Governing law and language
The law of England and Wales governs this website and our Terms of Business. The Terms explain which courts deal with any dispute.
We publish our legal documents in English. Where we provide a translation, it's to make them easier to read. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first. We'd like the chance to put it right.

- We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. We'll tell you who is handling it and when to expect a full answer.
