Websites for garages
Websites for garages that get cars booked in.
Drivers find you on Google Maps, then tap “Website”. We build the page that makes them book with you, not the garage next door.
- From £590 to build + £39/month care (3-month minimum). No VAT added.
- We reply within 1 working day, usually the same day.

Where people give up
Where garage websites lose bookings
Drivers are wary of a garage they don't know yet. These gaps make them ring the next one on the map.
The problem
Drivers can't see any prices, so they assume the worst.
The fix
A price guide for your common jobs, such as MOTs, services, brakes, tyres and air-con: “from” prices, what's included, and a written quote for anything else.
The problem
Nobody knows if servicing with you keeps their manufacturer warranty.
The fix
A plain explanation: you follow the manufacturer's schedule, fit parts of matching quality and record every service. Worded with you, and linked to the official guidance.
The problem
Booking an MOT means ringing during working hours.
The fix
An online booking or request form: registration, job, preferred day and a courtesy-car request. You confirm by text or phone.
The problem
Drivers worry they'll be sold work they don't need.
The fix
A short “how we work” section: you check, photograph worn parts and ask before doing any extra work. Drivers know what to expect before they arrive.
The problem
Courtesy cars, collection and waiting times are buried.
The fix
Shown right next to the booking button, with any conditions in plain words. The things that make a driver's day easier, where they decide.

Anatomy of a garage page that gets bookings
Garage Chavrot is our concept site for a fictional independent garage near Lyon, in French and English. Here's what each part of the page does.
Top to bottom, in the order a customer sees it on a phone.
A promise as the headline
“We show you the part before we replace it.” The headline answers the biggest worry drivers have about a new garage, before any price.
Start with the number plate
The first screen asks for the registration to show prices. It's one small step that feels like progress, and the phone number sits right next to it.
A workshop charter
Four rules in plain words: the quote is the price, worn parts are photographed, a courtesy car on booking, and a check on every visit.
An instant price estimator
Pick the car size and the jobs, and a work order fills itself in with parts, labour and VAT. Drivers know the price before they arrive.
The photo-by-text step
A sample text message shows a worn brake pad, its measurement and the price, ending “Reply YES to approve”. It makes the promise real.
Warranty servicing explained
A short section explains when servicing at an independent garage keeps the manufacturer warranty, with the official reference underneath.
Booking in three steps
Vehicle, slot, details, with a tick box for a courtesy car. It says when the slot and the price will be confirmed.
What's built in
Built to earn a driver's trust
A price guide drivers can check
Your common jobs with “from” prices and what's included: MOTs, services, brakes, tyres and air-con. Everything else starts with a written quote.
MOT and service booking
Your garage software's booking link, or a short form: registration, job, day and a courtesy-car request. You confirm by text or phone.
Warranty servicing, explained
A plain-English section on servicing cars still under warranty: the manufacturer's schedule, the right parts and a complete service record. You check the wording.
Show, don't just tell
Photos of your own workshop, team and equipment, and a clear line on how you show drivers worn parts before you replace them.
Courtesy cars and collection
Courtesy car, collection and delivery, a waiting area and how long quick jobs take, shown next to the booking button with any conditions.
Found by drivers nearby
We add the hidden labels Google reads: “Auto repair”, plus the makes you service. Pages load fast, even on a weak signal at the roadside.
Credentials
What drivers check before they book
Drivers want proof you're qualified and fair. We put each detail where people look, linked to the official record where there is one.
You supply and prove every credential. We never add a badge or number you don't hold.
- Approval as an MOT testing station, if you do MOTs
- Technician qualifications, such as IMI accreditation, and high-voltage training for hybrids and electric cars
- The right qualification for air-con refrigerant work
- Membership of a Trading Standards-approved code for garages, if you belong to one
- Your guarantee on parts and labour, with its terms
- Your labour rate or pricing policy, and how you approve extra work
Where your work comes from
Your website vs booking and listing sites
Drivers compare before they book. Here's where they look, and what each place is good for.
| Channel | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Your own website | Your prices, your process and your booking form, in your words. It's what opens when drivers tap “Website” on Google. | Prices and hours must stay current. Send changes to us: they're small edits on your care plan. |
| Google Business Profile | Where drivers searching nearby see your reviews, hours and phone number first. | Little room to explain prices or warranty servicing. Link it to a site that does, and keep the details matching. |
| Garage booking and price-comparison sites | They can send drivers who are ready to book, sometimes at quiet times. | Some take a commission or ask for set prices on the jobs they send. Check the terms, and give drivers a direct way to book on your own site. |
| Networks and directories | Extra places to be found, sometimes with the backing of a known name. | You share the page with other garages and follow their rules. Keep your details the same everywhere. |
| Social media | Good for workshop photos, team news and local word of mouth. | Hard to book from and easy to miss. Point people to your site for prices and booking. |

What a garage website costs
Most independent garages need pages for MOTs, servicing, repairs and booking, with a clear price guide. That's our Local Pro build at £1,290, with Growth care at £79 a month for hosting, your domain, price updates and a monthly report. The first year comes to £2,238. The Garage Chavrot concept is a Local Plus build, which includes two languages. Its price estimator is a custom extra, quoted first. On Local Pro, a second language is an add-on.
